Oliver & Langford has been successfully operating since December 1, 1984. Originally, there were two partners, Dr Ian Oliver & Hilary Langford. Sadly Dr Oliver died in 2003. However his influence on creativity, state-of-the-art knowledge, & impeccable service has never faltered.

Originally we focussed on the change management aspects of introducing computers into organizations. We described our work as facilitating computing change. Change management was not yet a discipline or profession. However, as time passed, structural change became increasingly necessary. In the 1990’s, our focus evolved to a wide range of organizational & individual change activities. Change management was now in the ‘lexicon’.

Our focus has always been on addressing people-aspects in organizations. We develop leaders, teams & empowered staff at every organizational level, & facilitate successful change. In the last decade, our use of the Enneagram has further enriched our ‘tool kit’ & the services we provide to our clients.
In 2012 we were delighted to welcome David Keating OAM & Michelle Smidt, M.A/HRM into the business.

Our slogan throughout has been Guiding People, Teams, & Organizations.
We have never had to advertise our services. All our work is ‘repeat business’ from existing clients, as well as ‘word of mouth’.
Oliver & Langford has now been in business, successfully, for almost three decades. We have developed a formidable reputation for the consulting engagements we have undertaken throughout Australia, New Zealand, & Papua New Guinea.

We are regularly invited to speak at national & state conferences on the topics of change, change management, & the Enneagram in the workplace.
